A grounded approach to meaningful, lasting change

I’m a therapeutically informed coach (often described as a life coach), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation – a globally recognised standard in coaching excellence.

I support individuals, couples and professionals to better understand themselves, their relationships, and how they move through the world.

My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder or simply “thinking differently”, but from understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.

Before and alongside my work as a coach, I’ve spent years supporting people navigating pressure, responsibility, and emotional complexity – experiences that deeply inform how I hold space for my clients today.

I bring a calm, steady and non-judgemental presence to our work, alongside honest reflection and practical guidance.

I also work with business owners and self-employed professionals – drawing on my background in executive and corporate coaching – supporting them through the emotional and mental demands of running a business, from decision-making and pressure, to confidence, boundaries and sustainable growth.

My approach sits between coaching and therapy.

We don’t just focus on goals or quick fixes. We take time to understand the patterns, beliefs and emotional responses shaping your experience – so that change feels more natural, sustainable and aligned.

Alongside this depth, I bring practical structure and reflection, helping you not only gain insight, but make meaningful shifts in your life, relationships and work.

This isn’t quick-fix coaching or advice-led sessions. It’s a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and create change that actually lasts.
